Prior to NextCap, Claire worked at another executive search firm focused on the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance sectors. Before entering the executive search industry, Claire worked in retail as a buyer for a boutique home goods store in San Francisco.
Claire graduated from Hamilton College with a BA in Art History.
